We require all our clients to have general liability insurance with your policy listing Classe Kitchen Rental as “Additional Insured” or you can sign a waiver.
- Certificate of insurance (COI). Your certificate of insurance shows what types of business insurance you carry and what your policy limits are. You can add additional insureds to your COI any time at no cost.

Deposit is Required – In order to occupy our kitchen you are required to have a $150 deposit on file. Your deposit will be returned within 7 days provided you have left the property in the same condition it was received and cleaned properly.
Pay a Service Fee of $100 for a one-time event or $250 for monthly use, cleaning fee $150.00 and your hourly charge upfront.
You must agree to all conditions as written as per the rental agreement.
