Reservation Deposit. A deposit in the amount of $150 the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. DAMAGE DEPOSIT The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $150 and may be increased at management’s discretion. This will be collected at time of key pick up by imprint of credit card. The credit card should be in the same name as the person who has made the reservation. The deposit is held until a satisfactory inspection of the suite is completed after departure. In the event of any damage to the property, we will charge your card for damages. BALANCE PAYMENT The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Payment may be made by major credit card online via our payment portal. You will receive a reminder email notifying you that your final payment is due. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling 10% of the total rental amount or $100.00, whichever is more. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure. If reservations are made within the 30-day window, then no cancellations will be honored. Additional cleaning fees and security deposits will be included.
